We are an award winning real estate team based out of Milton, Ontario, and local to the Halton Region. We do service clients across the GTA in both Residential and Commercial sales. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Licensed Realtor, located in Milton, ON. The Licensed Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting property assessments, preparing comparative market analyses, staging consultations, marketing listings, facilitating negotiations, and preparing legal documents. Additionally, the Licensed Realtor will provide market insight and ensure client needs are met with exceptional service and professionalism. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Proficiency in property assessment, market analysis, and marketing strategies Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and trends Proven ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities Proficiency with real estate software and technology is an asset Valid driver’s license and own transportation Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Management Location: Milton, ONCompensation: CA$150,000.00–CA$250,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
