Technical Field Trainer and Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the training schedule and ensure that all field users are trained in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support to field users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Work closely with the technical team to identify and escalate technical issues.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including user manuals and training videos.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the training program based on feedback from field users and management.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure that training programs are current and effective.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical training and support.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Microsoft Power Apps considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- French language ability considered an asset.
