Information Technology Specialist / Technical Support (Full-Time) We are currently seeking an Information Technology Specialist / Technical Support professional to support enterprise IT operations across Canada. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity within a structured and well-established IT environment, offering hands‑on exposure to systems support, vendor coordination, and regional technology initiatives. Role Overview Position Title: Information Technology Specialist / Technical Support Work Model: In‑office Locations: This role supports enterprise Information Technology operations by researching, evaluating, recommending, and implementing IT solutions to address moderately complex business needs. The position also provides second‑level technical support and works closely with application teams, service personnel, vendors, and corporate engineering partners. Key Responsibilities Research, evaluate, and recommend IT products and services to support business operations Support projects involving the installation, relocation, or removal of IT equipment and facilities Plan and implement IT systems in alignment with corporate engineering standards Maintain strong awareness of regional IT needs and the Canadian IT vendor marketplace Provide second‑level technical support to service teams within your area of expertise Support contract preparation, business cases, cost estimates, and invoice approvals Coordinate vendor maintenance agreements and ensure timely issue resolution Contribute to regional technology planning and annual capital and expense budgeting Participate in system operations and development initiatives, supporting process improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology development or IT services Strong working knowledge of IT systems, products, and services Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate across departments and support a customer‑focused culture Additional Requirement: Candidates based in Quebec must be bilingual (English and French) Why Apply This role offers the opportunity to work in a stable, enterprise IT environment with exposure to regional technology planning, vendor management, and cross‑functional collaboration, while supporting critical business operations.
