Lev Bakery is looking to hire a passionate and talented baker to fill the role as a day time baker. We are a small but growing team with a focus on producing high quality sourdough, challah breads and rolls.

**Duties**:

- Mixing, scaling, shaping and baking breads
- Ensuring clean and orderly working environment
- Quality control
- Assist with inventory management

**Skills**:

- Strong grasp of sourdough making process and overall bakery operations
- Attention to details and self motivated to produce the highest quality product every day
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and improve or create better baking systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
