Charmaine Sweets is looking for a Bread Baker to assist the Head Baker in producing and baking assorted breads and viennoiserie. We are looking to grow our Bread Department and want someone to help create beautiful bread for our Leaside neighborhood.

An hourly rate of $20, with bi-weekly tip outs & the option to opt into an employee benefit program after a three month probation period is available.

Job Details and Duties:

- 2:30am start on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and potentially Wednesdays.
- Shaping, proofing, and baking bread and veinnoiserie every morning by opening time.
- Must have experience working with commercial deck ovens, spiral mixers, and be able to accurately follow recipes and scale ingredients accordingly.
- Must be able to work both independently and with bakery team.
- Assist in ordering and organizing deliveries of ingredients.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Able to lift 25kg or more.
