As part of our Planning team, as our Order Fulfilment Coordinator you will be a key component to the Order Fulfillment process by inputting, accurately and efficiently, data related to customer orders and order processing. This role involves coordinating various aspects of Planning department activities and collaborating with internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
**Orders Processing**
- Receive and review incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness
- Accurately enter customer order details, including product information, quantity, pricing, and shipping instructions, into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) following processes and Pure Sunfarms’ best practises
- Verify product availability and lead times to determine the feasibility of fulfilling the order
- Providing internal customer support and coordination to ensure orders are processed, monitored, and fulfilled accurately, promptly, and efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, shipments, and returns
- Process order changes, cancellations, and update any kind of modifications based on customer requests in the ERP and other data record system
- Escalate potential issues during the Order Fulfilment process and completion
- Create returns for credit
**Inventory & Reporting**
- Monitor inventory levels in the ERP system to ensure products are in stock and available for order fulfilment
- Collaborate with the rest of Planning team and other stakeholders to address any stockouts or overstock situations
- Generate reports on order fulfilment performance, including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory levels
**Coordination & Collaboration**
- Collaboration with Logistic team for shipments
- Communicate order status and shipping information to internal customers and/or other relevant stakeholders
- Provide exceptional internal customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting in resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate inter-site transfer to ensure POs requirements are processed accurately and meeting deadlines
**OTHER DUTIES**
At Pure Sunfarms, we are all growers at heart. Our plants and processes require in-person care and attention to ensure we’re bringing the best our plants and people have to offer to our consumers. This means other duties may arise since we work together to ensure we support all business activities - seed to sale.
This role is on-site, which requires you to work in Pure Sunfarms facility at all times in an operating role or directly supporting operations.
**YOUR BRAND, YOUR STORY**
We already know you are passionate about processing orders and shipments, but we want to know more about your story and experiences. You're good at the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in an Order Fulfilment, Logistic and/or Supply Chain role
- Robust understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, and industry standard purchase order software platforms
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools considered an asset
- Supply Chain or Transportation certifications considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to work effectively within a team environment and be service-oriented
- Ability to effectively manage time and establish clear objectives and day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to tight deadlines and implement last-minute changes as needed
- Must have the ability to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check and obtain a security clearance
