The Warehouse Associate’s role within the operation is to ensure that the standards of _**i2i fulfillment inc.**_ and its customers are met at all times. Attention to detail and knowledge of the use of the Radio-frequency hand-held terminals, the IBIS Warehouse Management System, the customers’ inventory items, paper flow and customer requirements are all important aspects of this job. English Fluency is manditory, as we are a small, English-only speaking team.

- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order packing process
- Pack and label orders for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Verify product and quantities picked are accurate

- Operate warehouse equipment - pallet jacks, and push carts.

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Physical stamina to stand, lift and carry heavy items throughout the day, (most items are not heavy, but some can weigh up to 55 lbs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order tracking
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

- **Prior experience using an Order-Picker or forklift is required**; re-certification can be arranged if your license has expired.
- Training as an order picker/packer or in a similar role is preferred. Specific training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
