**Job Purpose**

This is a full time Monday - Friday opportunity.

The dealer coordinator assists in the sales/service departments. This position maintains the cleanliness and organization of all the new and used cars as well as the tire storage bins. Responsibilities also include the safe transportation of all dealership/customer vehicles.

**Core Accountabilities**
- Organize vehicles in sales/service parking lot.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
- Safely transport clients to and from destinations with dealerships shuttle as requested.
- Help prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up wash or clean as needed any vehicles.
- Catalogue and store keys.
- Perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles and lot security.
- Ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris.
- Clean and remove garbage from the shop as required.
- Maintain walkway accessibility in increment weather.
- Other duties as assigned. For example, shuttle driver duties, valet parking, assist the Sales Lot Attendants as needed.

**Shop Hand Duties**
- You will help out in the shop moving storing and balancing/installing tires.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
- Clear Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Good judgement
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Must have some manual transmission driving experience

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
