**Westwood Honda has an opening for a full time** **Service Appointment Coordinator**

**About the Role**:
As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will respond to customer requests, provide information, book appointments, and help develop lasting relationships with our customers.

**Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to**:

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to accurately schedule service appointments;
- Confirm and update customer information;
- Call customers to confirm service appointments and follow-up phone with customers on missed and outstanding appointments, outstanding service campaigns, or recalls;
- Advise customers of recommended services as per the maintenance schedule;
- Perform follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship; and
- Additional duties as assigned by management.

**Applicants must have**:

- Customer service experience and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone;
- Ability to work independently or part of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Experience with a dealership management system is an asset;
- Class 5 Drivers’ License with acceptable driving record is an asset; and
- Experience in the Automotive Service industry is an asset
