**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight services.
- Identify and solve clients’ logístical challenges by offering tailored freight solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Provide detailed reports and forecasts on sales activities and pipeline.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **2-3 years** experience in sales, preferably in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of freight brokerage processes, market trends, and pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
