**Job Description**:
We are looking for an INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR to join our team at our Etobicoke, Ontario Distribution Center to fill the following FULL-TIME position paying $18/hr to start, with the potential to earn up to $19.50/hr within 4-6 weeks:
- 10 PM- 6:30 AM
- Sunday to Thursday
What are we looking for?
**Education**:
- High School
**Experience**:
- Solid ability to perform various functions in a Warehouse environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Comfortable lifting products up to 50lbs each
- RF experience is required
- WMS experience is required
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a comparable Administrative, Clerk or Coordinator role
What you will be doing:
- Punctual attendance and arrival on shift as schedule ready to work
- Attend crew meetings and communication sessions as required
- Participate in stretch program
- Adhere to all external and internal policies and procures as required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Quality Control checks and Audits
- Fill Rate sustainment
- Outbound shorts monitoring and live adjustments as required
- Process Returns and Damages
- Perform inventory adjustments as authorized to correct inventory
- New product and Discontinued product setups and slotting
- Cycle counting and trend analysis on related shrink
- Control expiry date items to ensure quality and saleability
- Participate in Annual Physical Counts when applicable
- Meet all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as per established schedule and deadlines
- Perform other duties as required
