As a world leader in the design and manufacturing industry, Active Dynamics is seeking an eager and enthusiastic experienced **Receiving Administrator **to join our successful Toronto team immediately. We are looking for a talent with solid professional skills in the manufacturing industry who can provide superb work experience.

**Position Overview**:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for the receiving and subcontract activities.

This position reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor.

**What you will be doing**:

- Responsible for all activities related to receiving of goods
- Coordinate receiving of subcontract and local 3PL goods and materials
- Schedule and direct truck deliveries to best utilize docks, staff, and equipment
- Coordinate warehouse staff to accurately unload, verify and label product
- Review of all paperwork and documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Perform purchase order receipts in Syspro while meeting on time KPI’s
- Escalate issues to appropriate internal departments to resolve
- Maintain various paper and online records, including tracking and receipt history
- Coordinate with QA Inspection & Inventory teams to process and put away goods
- Assist shipping and inventory staff as needed
- Suggest and participate in continuous improvement activities
- Support external and internal customers as needed
- All other duties as assigned

**What you bring along**:

- High-school diploma or post-secondary education
- 5+ years of current hands-on experience in receiving required, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising or directing the activities of warehouse staff
- Experience with ERP (Syspro) & WMS (bin location) systems is preferred
- Superior attention to detail is essential
- Thorough understanding of best practices in inventory management, warehousing, and receiving
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and oral) and the ability to effectively communicate across various departments
- Excellent time management, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Counterbalance forklift license is an asset
