**Overview**

Primary Duties:
Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly.

Ensure accuracy of billing details

Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments

Generate ageing reports and accounts receivable summaries

Provide regular updates to management on collection performance

File maintenance:
Organize and maintain both physical and digital records for equipment repairs, maintenance schedules,

and service logs

Track and update service/ maintenance histories, inspection reports

Retrieve records from mechanics as needed for repairs.

Ensure records comply with company and DOT regulations

Prepare reports on any file discrepancies for management to review.

Assisting colleagues and management with administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficient in office software

Exceptional Attention to detail

Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks

Able to perform work independently, as well as in a team environment

Organized

Start date: As soon as possible

Work Location/ Schedule: In person: Monday - Friday 9am
- 5pm

Pay: $18.00-$21.71 per hour
