**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive product or service sales.
- Provide expert-level agronomy support for the development of our AI-driven crop products.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, such as farmers, grain buyers, agronomists, and industry influencers, to promote the ongoing adoption of our tools.
- Advocate for the widespread acceptance and use of our AI-enabled crop production solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and coach team members, inspire organizational growth, engage with customers for lead generation and sales conversion, and develop strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance our customer relationship management process.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience as a business development specialist or agronomist, preferably within Saskatchewan or Alberta.
- Profound knowledge of western Canadian crop production systems.
- Expertise in in-season crop yield estimation, grain grading, crop insurance assessment, and seeding, fertilizer, and fungicide management.
- Familiarity with innovative technologies, such as direct seeding, precision technologies, variable rate technology, and yield mapping.
- A genuine interest in learning new skills and adapting to new technologies.
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.) or Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation.
- Availability to work at our office located in Innovation Place, Saskatoon.
