**Position Overview**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material deliveries, and workforce attendance.
- Support the Site Supervisor in scheduling, quality control, and issue resolution
- Support in resolving on-site issues and escalating concerns to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications.
- Assist in managing site logistics, including equipment, materials, and waste disposal.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction or site supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily on-site work in varying weather conditions.
- May require extended hours or weekend work depending on project deadlines.
- Expectation to walk the job site daily to ensure smooth operations with team and sub-contractors.
- Ability to work weekends as required.
