We hire great people and truly believe in the strength of teamwork to achieve amazing things. **Site Supervisor Mission**: Our Misson is to provide each and every customer with a great renovation experience. The Site Supervisor is a key position to fulfilling the promises we make to our customers and fulfulling our company mission. The Site Supervisor oversees all aspects of the day-to-day construction process, works closely with the project manager to establish/maintain schedules, and manages resources to achieve a successful project. The Site Supervisor also directly manages a crew of staff and are responsible for their coaching and mentoring. The Site supervisor is overall responsible for ensuring that their projects are completed safely, within scope and on schedule. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Manage and provide strong leadership to a crew of 2-3 carpenters - Manage all aspects of the day-to-day construction process and ensure required on-site work is completed (eg. framing, trim carpentry, drywall, insulation, etc). - Work closely with the Project Manager to establish and maintain schedules. - Oversee subcontractor work - Communicate progress updates with all clients as necessary and address any questions or concerns that they may have. - Complete site walkthrough with various stakeholders as needed, - Ensure that projects are completed within scope, on schedule and ensure all safety requirements are being met on sites. - Assist in the development of procedures and Standard Operation Procedures. - Keep tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean. **Qualifications**: - Minimum 5 years experience in residential renovations - Experience leading a team - Trade certification in carpentry, ideally a Red Seal _**or equivalent experience**_ - Significant framing and carpentry experience - Knowledge of Construction Management (CRM) Systems (knowledge of Buildertrend is an asset but not required) - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings - Completion of a college diploma or trade school preferred. - Competent using computer programs such as Excel & Outlook **Benefits**: - Be part of an amazing team of high performers who have a lot of fun together - Work with a company that believes in investing in employee growth and education - Be challenged to grow and develop your career - A great salary, with a generous bonus structure (that grows with the company) - Benefits for all employees - Full-time, year-round work - Take part and unwind in fun team-building events. **REWARDS**: We offer a competitive compensation plan consisting of a base salary, performance-based bonus structure, monthly cell phone and vehicle allowance and a Health Spending Account.
