A well-established Italian restaurant brand is currently seeking to hire an experienced **General Manager** to spearhead the operations at our new restaurant located in Thornhill.

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day restaurant operation
- Hire and mentor new employees
- Inventory control
- Schedule development and labour control
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- Work with the executive team to develop menus
- Assist with daily opening and or closing of restaurants
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a GM or an AGM managing full-service restaurant(s)
- Understanding of Italian wine and spirits
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
