**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **General Manager** to oversee the daily operations of Bowls & Blasters. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure smooth operations, motivate staff, maintain excellent customer experiences, and work collaboratively with our event planner to coordinate seamless events.

**Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**:

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring attractions (bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, arcade) and food and beverage services run smoothly.
- Monitor facility and equipment maintenance, scheduling repairs as needed.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- **Team Management**:

- Hire, train, and lead a team of staff across multiple departments.
- Create schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for both daily operations and special events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Address guest concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the center.
- **Collaboration with Event Planner**:

- Coordinate with the event planner to ensure events are executed seamlessly.
- Support event preparation by allocating resources and ensuring staff readiness.
- Monitor event operations to ensure they align with the overall guest experience.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Manage budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and meet financial goals.
- Prepare financial reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and staff training.
- Maintain emergency response protocols and first-aid readiness.
- **Marketing and Promotions Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions that drive traffic and revenue.
- Assist in identifying trends and opportunities to improve offerings.
- Represent Bowls & Blasters at community events as needed.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Oversee inventory control for food, beverages, and arcade items.
- Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality supplies.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Pay: $53,356.25-$109,681.33 per year
