We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead our team. This pivotal role involves managing the day-to-day operations, planning events, including handling phone inquiries, overseeing our social media presence, and ensuring the seamless execution of events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of our catering operations.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings over the phone and through social media platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with chefs and staff to plan and execute high-end catering events.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a chef with extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine.
- Culinary certification from a recognized institution.
- Good working knowledge of W.H.I.M.I.S. and Food Safe Certification
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity, enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn in social media management and marketing.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required by events.

How to Apply:
