**Hours**: M-F, 8-5

**Wages**: $24.04 to $31.25

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:_
- Maintain CRM system, ensuring accurate lead and opportunity data.
- Assist Salespeople to prepare RFPs, presentations, proposals, shop drawings and follow-up correspondence.
- Manufacturer liaison and product data sheets
- Support sales with building proposals and submitting to bid sites
- Generate regular pipeline updates.
- Daily review of bid sites
- Collaborate with sales reps to support lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Research prospects and market trends to assist sales strategies.
- Liaison between Sales and other departments
- **Marketing Support**:_
- Lunch and Learns
- Manufacturer/Product updates
- Update website
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, presentations/templates, branding and promotional materials.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Support content creation including blog posts, newsletters, product sheets, and case studies.
- Help coordinate events, trade shows, AGM, and webinars.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service to produce online training videos for customers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or college degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools (Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
- Self Starter
- Ability to work independently when required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with SEO, paid media, or content management systems.

Pay: $24.04-$31.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
