**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage all receiving activity to ensure on time delivery, release carrier equipment to avoid detention, and monitor yard management for proper spotting/movement
- Manage all warehouse personal - Hiring, scheduling, development
- Manage all inventory processing, to ensure product availability for timely customer shipments and ensure compliance with the organization’s lead time goals
- Create and manage solutions for inventory capacity issues
- Maintain targets, objectives, and goals throughout the warehouse and driver return process
- Implement & manage safe practices and ensure all are compliant with OH & S
- Manage all SOP creation for all warehouse operations
- Perform annual reviews for all warehouse associates
- Manage driver activity ensuring drivers are following all warehouse procedures when in the warehouse
- Manage billing for all warehousing storage
- Manage hours/payroll for all warehouse operations employees
- Manage supply orders
- Create and manage new processes for all warehouse operations as the business needs
- Assist in escalated CSR issues
- Manage and direct all structure changes to the WHS Operations department
- Manage staging in appropriate area
- Manage sorting of all waste
- Ensure safe practices
- Manage picking of all runs are
- Ensure end of day checklist is completed and signed off
- Send end of day report to all EDM managers at the end of each shift
- Ensure accuracy with all trailer loads, both inbound & outbound
- Route Audits (random and unannounced delivery audits).
- Collaboration, development and updating of delivery training materials.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Client/Retailer SOP’s.
- Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new Delivery Partners and Delivery staff.
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers (SOP development, training etc.).
- NPS awareness, auditing, and improvement programs.
- Manage and document the initial, recurring and “as needed” training programs.
- Identify and resolve product and property damage root causes
- Management of Delivery Partner recycling and waste responsibilities (sorting and offloading)
- Manage Delivery Partner Returns processes (repackaging, concealed damage protocols)
- Assist Compliance department with Delivery Partner documents and renewals (1st level of escalation).
- Training of Delivery App (TMS) usage and compliance.
- KPI audits and corrective action plans
- Regular participation in dock meetings and load outs.
- Develop claims mitigation and resolution programs.
- Assist Delivery Partners with resource guidance (contingency planning, business guidance, etc.).
- Ensure the company’s brand and reputation is upheld (100% uniform compliance, clean truck policy, safety etc.)
- Other duties as assigned

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Able to conduct effective dock meetings with all warehouse personal & motivate staff
- Ability to train employees on new procedures
- Providing feedback on group and individual performance to management according to standard operating procedures

- Ability and desire to learn new methods and systems
- Participating in the hiring, evaluating and training

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or a similar leadership position
- 5 years of proven success in Supply Chain or similar industry
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms

**EDUCATION**:

- High school diploma/GED required
