**PURPOSE**

The Staffing Coordinator is the critical support mechanism of our Temporary Staffing Division, ensuring accurate and timely administration for the Staffing Managers as they source, recruit, interview and place applicants and keep our Clients happy, participating in full-cycle recruitment and account management as needed while staying true to our value proposition: Elevating People, Business and Experiences for our clients and employees across North America.

**PRIMARY CONTRIBUTION**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Recruitment (50%)**
- Work closely with clients to assess their recruitment needs
- Conduct quality calls and check ins to assess needs on site, replace and react if needed
- Generate a minimum of five (5) qualified sales leads or opportunities for revenue/growth for follow-up by Upper Management per week

**Data Entry & Administration/Audit (25%)**
- Support fast and competitive recruitment cycle by posting attractive and clear job advertisements in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide valuable business insights allowing for proactive and reactive process optimization and focus shifting through the generation and presentation of Recruiter KPIs

**Communications (25%)**
- Use established reports and workflows to allocate incoming requisitions to individual recruiters and account managers
- Collect, organize and input incoming inquiries from new and existing Clients, using brand language to market and upsell services as needed
- Provide Clients with visibility to staff lists and time sheets as required

**TASKS & TIME ALLOCATION**
- Weekly planner must be completed weekly and used throughout each day
- **30%** Data entry and manipulation _(ATS database, Job Boards, HelloSign, Google Sheets)_

**Requirements**:

- Available to work outside traditional office hours to service special events
- At least three years experience supporting account management and operations workflows in an administrative capacity
- Proven competency with Google Workspace including Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Experience with ATS softwares an asset

**Hours**: Abide by Staff Shop’s Remote Work Hours Model

**Compensation**:Annual pay is based on experience. Pay is semi-monthly via direct deposit. If applicable, travel is reimbursed at $0.62/km. Eligible for benefits including medical/dental insurance plan, HSA, EAP, subsidized gym membership, life insurance, and more.
