**Overview**

The Muskoka Roastery Coffee Company is located in Huntsville, Ontario. Our mission is to handcraft the best coffee - sustainably. We are embarking on a program of business growth and the Customer Experience Specialist will play a key role. This full-time position is based out of our Huntsville office.

This individual will assume primary responsibility for the day-to-day interface with customers in our core region and consumers globally (by telephone, electronically and in person), ensuring that the experience they have meets or exceeds their expectations on every dimension. This position will report directly to the Sales Development Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all customer and consumer inquiries.
- Operate a full-time order desk that interfaces with customers either by telephone, electronically, or in person to enhance MRCC reputation as a preferred supplier.
- Execute the annual customer development plan for core territory to deliver growth targets and leverage best practice learning.
- Contribute to acquisition of new customers in MRCC core territory.
- Primary in-house contact for strategy and growth communication with direct customers.
- Responsible for administration including route scheduling, customer information, limited-edition execution and occasionally, delivery support.
- Work seamlessly with other members of the team to ensure consumer and customer satisfaction, even when that means helping in another job function or assignment to remove a roadblock.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with a degree or diploma from a post secondary institution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- An outgoing personality, with an internally driven commitment to excellence.
- Logical thinker with good common sense and an ability to solve problems independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Strong customer and consumer service orientation.
- Adaptable with an ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with multiple simultaneous tasks/projects.
- A self-starter who owns personal objectives, takes initiative and is dependable.
- Strong team player.
- Proficient use of the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Shopify, and Quickbooks.

**Other Requirements**
- Minimum of two years experience in a customer and consumer focused capacity.
- Clean driving license.
- This position is not eligible for remote work.
