As our company continues to grow and evolve, we are currently seeking an Office Customs Clerk to join our team.

The Office Customs Clerk would be responsible for creating all customs and driver paperwork.

We Offer:

Essential Functions:

- Ability to receive inbound and place outbound calls
- Create outbound paperwork including customs proforma invoices
- Create ACE & ACI manifests for drivers
- Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

- Completion of high school. Post-secondary would be considered an asset
- Previous transportation, dispatch or customer service experience an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word
- Ability to work extended hours occasionally
