**OUR OPPORTUNITY**

TNG in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a motivated full-time **Order Processing Clerk **to add to our purchasing team. This role will primarily process and track all customer sales orders.

This position is a hybrid position (working remotely and in the office too), however you would but will be required to come into the office exclusively for the training period.

**Reporting to the Distribution Manager, main functions include**:

- Receive, enter, code and process incoming orders in SAP
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and contracts
- Review orders and verifying data for completeness
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered
- Verify project status and submit sales order to Production/Purchasing/Logistics Department
- Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and other documents
- Investigate and respond to inter-departmental inquires

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- One to two years of experience in a fast paced customer service role or order management role in a high volume manufacturing environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) are required
- Strong computer skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data
- Effective communication (both verbal and written), time management and organizational skills
- Superior phone etiquette and ability to deal effectively with internal or external customers, peers and management
- Strong problem solving skills
- SAP, CRM and ERP experience highly preferred
- Experience in data processing or inventory management considered an asset
