**Overview**:
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks to help support the administrative team at Anytime Fitness. The primary responsibilities of this position will include managing paperwork, coordinating with team members and senior management, and improving business processes. A large portion of the responsibilities for this role will consist of completing legal and administrative duties for the organization.
**Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Filing documents
- Managing legal documents
- Program tracking- Communicate with our various clubs
- Liaise with various different departments as required
- Assist Director of Sales with various tasks/projects- Assist with special projects and research as needed
- Maintain and update a digital onboarding platform
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Other tasks as they are assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders and employees
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Honest, ethical, hardworking, goal-oriented person with passion for marketing
- Self-motivated, diplomatic team player
- Organized, able to set and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write effectively for multiple audiences and different stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- The motivation to maintain standards
- A determination to achieve and succeed
- High attention to detail
- Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
**Education and Experience Requirement**:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Post-secondary education in related fields (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator (required)
