**Position Overview**: Canada Solar Team is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, collaborating with experienced installers across Canada and bringing over 100 years of combined expertise to every project. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters / Sales Persons. This commission-based role offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about renewable energy and eager to start a career in sales. No prior sales experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success. The potential earnings range from $4,478.69 to $12,420.26 per month, depending on performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the company.
- Schedule appointments between potential customers and sales representatives.
- Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are kept and to reschedule as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential customers in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Assist in developing scripts and strategies to improve appointment-setting effectiveness.
- Participate in regular training sessions and meetings.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a Canadian resident.
- Strong interest in sales and renewable energy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
