**Job Overview**

**NO PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

We are rapidly expanding and immediately hiring disciplined, competitive professionals to join our water quality team. We have three positions for those with grit and proven success in direct sales.

**Door-to-Door Setter (Lead Generation)**

This role is for the motivated, goal-oriented and persistent salesperson focused on generating high-quality leads and booking appointments.

**What You'll Do**:

- Go door-to-door to generate interest, qualify prospects, and secure appointments for our Closers to conduct water consultations.
- Should be comfortable working outside in the cold weather.
- Represent the company professionally and manage your daily territory effectively.
- Career Growth: This is the fast track to becoming a Closer and moving into the Leadership program.

**Compensation**:

- Earning Potential: Competitive commission paid for every qualified appointment closed/sale.

**Logistics & Mandatory Requirements**:

- Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Transportation: Yo do not need to have a vehicle.
- Experience: No Experience is Required.

If you are not driven to succeed or are not comfortable with 100% commission-based earning (plus gas), this is not the right opportunity. We are only looking for hungry, proven talent.

Pay: $100.00-$500.00 per day
