Heritage College is a fast-growing career college. We are currently looking to hire a new Dialer/Appointment Setter in person to join our College Adviser Team. This role has the primary responsibility for building new business revenue through the creation and prospecting of potential students.

**Duties/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)**:

- Answer telephone/web inquiries from prospective students in a timely manner
- Follow up on leads and actively promote College programs.
- Book, reschedule and confirm appointments of info session for new students and potential leads with college advisors.
- Touring students and presenting the opportunities of attending the College
- Advise on admissions policies, regulations, and processes
- Prepare lead Contacting Report.
- Assist in marketing and recruitment activities inside and outside the college
- Attend mandatory admission sales training
- Accountable for achieving established sale/ targets/goals
- Cultivate and enhance relationships within the community to create awareness of the College
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal College departments on partner-related opportunities
- Administrative duties and support as required
- Provide sales and product information on programs and offerings
- Maintain records to contribute to the administrative functions of the campus
- Drive the recruitment efforts pertain to admissions in the school to ensure that student enrollment is consistently filled

**Qualifications & Education (skills/experience)**:
This is a results-driven position and compensation is commensurate with performance. To be successful in the position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining, and demonstrating the following:

- Diploma or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 1-year tele sales/ call center experience is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- A positive attitude and results-oriented work ethic
- Exceptional networking skills
- Process oriented and highly organized with attention to detail
- Above-average communication ability
- Professional and flexible attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to create and nurture relationships with customers through social selling
- Clear Criminal Background
- Must live within Calgary and Surrounding area

Part time: Minimum of 24 hours / week

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
