WATER SALES PROS WANTED: Closer/Future Leader & Door-to-Door Setter

HIGH COMMISSIONS ($500-$1000/Sale) | WEEKLY RETAINER | LEADERSHIP TRACK

We are rapidly expanding and immediately hiring disciplined, competitive sales professionals to join our water quality team. We have two distinct opportunities for those with grit and proven success in direct sales.

**Opportunity 1: Sales Closer & Future Leader**

This role is for the elite, experienced closer ready to earn big and build a career in management.

**What You'll Do**:

- Run pre-set appointments and close high-value sales for our essential residential water softening and filtration systems.
- Educate homeowners on the long-term health and financial benefits of clean water (appliances, skin, etc.).
- Leadership Track: Demonstrate high production and quickly transition into a Team Manager role, with responsibility for hiring, training, and mentoring new team members, earning override commission.

**Compensation**:

- Earning Potential: High commission structure of $500 to $1,000 per closed sale.
- Weekly Support: A $200 Weekly Retainer is provided to support activity and drive.
- Expense Coverage: Reasonable Gas Allowance provided to cover territory travel.

**Logistics & Mandatory Requirements**:

- Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Transportation: Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Experience: 2+ years of demonstrable sales experience required.
- Non-Negotiable: Must possess Door-to-Door Sales Experience.

**Opportunity 2: Door-to-Door Setter (Lead Generation)**

This role is for the energetic, relentless salesperson focused on generating high-quality leads and booking appointments.

**What You'll Do**:

- Go door-to-door to generate interest, qualify prospects, and secure appointments for our Closers to conduct water consultations.
- Represent the company professionally and manage your daily territory effectively.
- Career Growth: This is the fast track to becoming a Closer and moving into the Leadership program.

**Compensation**:

- Earning Potential: Competitive commission paid for every qualified appointment closed/sale.
- Weekly Support: A $200 Weekly Retainer is provided to support activity and drive.

**Logistics & Mandatory Requirements**:

- Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Transportation: Yo do not need to have a vehicle.
- Experience: No Experience is Required.

Pay: $500.00-$1,000.00 per day
