**SUMMARY**:We are looking for an enthusiastic, attentive camp counsellors to lead, support, and motivate campers as they enjoy all that CKT has to offer. You should be positive, proactive, and caring while focusing on giving campers a fun, safe camp experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**
- Ensuring a healthy and safe environment for campers and staff.
- Act as an integral team member.
- Informing campers on daily routines and camp rules.
- Knowledge of camp activities, organization and planning of daily workshops.
- Provides high-quality recreational opportunities and enjoyable experiences for campers.
- Supervises campers and ensures their safety and general well-being.
- Maintains a schedule for campers.
- Facilitate age-appropriate lesson plans for daily activities.
- Organizes and leads cabin group activities.
- Ensures the care and cleanliness of the campus and property.
- Assists in maintaining accurate daily attendance.
- Knows and understands all emergency procedures, policies and protocols.
- Knows, enforces, and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp program.
- Responsible for assessing and making recommendations to Director as to program equipment and supply needs.
- Promotes inclusivity with staff and campers.
- Working with other camp staff members to plan and coordinate camp events.
- Cleaning, maintaining and ensuring proper use of camp facilities and equipment.
- Reporting and recording details of incidents and attendance.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: $17.20 per hour
