We are currently seeking a **full-time** Project Admin to join our Project Management team This is an **entry-level**, **in office** position where you will be helping our Project Managers with admin tasks and assist in coordinating smaller projects and maintenance. This involves scheduling resources, coordinating, and communicating with clients, suppliers, carriers, & internal REMC staff. Please note that this is not a remote position; our team is fully back in the office. :)

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- In office position, Monday - Friday, located at 5185 Dolman Ridge Road
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
- Motivated self-starter
- Problem-solver
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Bilingual

**Assets & Previous Experience**:

- Tech Savvy
- Microsoft Project
- Working in construction projects
- Working with Engineers
- Understanding and reading architectural drawings
- Ability and want to gain technical knowledge
- Project coordination experience
- Procurement
- Shipping/receiving

**What does a Project Administrator do?**

The role of the Project Admin is to assist Project Managers with day-to-day tasks that include, but are not limited to: shipping, procurement, putting together site binders, submitting test reports, creating PO's, manage small projects, & coordinate maintenance. This person follows the Project Management policies and procedures to ensure projects and maintenance are completed on time and within budget. This role focuses on creating a positive experience for REMC’s customers and maintains harmony between REMC’s departments and suppliers.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
