**EBus is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team based out of our Kelowna Ticket Office. This position will work approximately 16 - 24 hours per week. Shifts vary with the earliest start time being 7:45 am and the latest end time being 8:00 pm. Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability required.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Quote fares and rates; make, confirm, change and cancel reservations
- Assist customers in planning travel times and routes
- Process payments; handle cash
- Assist passengers with our online booking process
- Greet passengers during check in process; assist with inquiries and luggage storage
- Safely embark and disembark coaches
- Provide information on company policies
- Perform a variety of office and coach cleaning duties including vacuuming, cleaning lavatory, sanitizing, cleaning windows, emptying garbage

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Cleaning experience considered an asset
- Numeracy
- Oral communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Superior problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to search for and retrieve information
- Ability to retain large amounts of changing information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
- Friendly, service-oriented personality

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
