We are looking for an **Online Marketing/Graphic Specialist **to join our growing team

**Online Marketing Specialist duties and responsibilities**
- Develop and implement an online marketing strategy
- Create visual concepts for promotional activities
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, posters, billboards, or postcards to promote products or services
- Design visual elements such as logos, brochures, product labels, or packaging materials for products or services
- Create high-quality finished artwork, such as brochures, business cards, advertisements, or website designs from start to finish
- Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of social media content
- Create and manage ad campagins to generate leads
- Track onlinel marketing performance
- Create and update marketing reports
- Oversee the online marketing budget

**Onlin Marketing Specialist requirements and qualifications**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Online Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience with digital marketing automation software
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Experience with Facebook ads and Facebook Analytics
- Knowledge of web publishing
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
