**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial information and analysis.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage to maintain financial records and generate reports.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including account reconciliation, payroll, budgeting, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage is essential; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.69-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
