Estimator/project Manager

Looking for an Estimator to join our team. Competitive wages.

Duties include:

- Review specifications, project plans, drawings.
- Prepare and review the scope of work, schedules and coordinate changes.
- Handoff awarded project packages to project management
- Attend site meetings.
- Track labour and material costs for each project.
- Stay up to date with building codes and safety guidelines.
- Visit with Customers to discuss job details, measure areas, prepare quotes and follow-up with customers.

**Skills**:

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License required with own vehicle
- Valid Safety Certifications required upon hire
- Previous Spray Foam Insulation or Protective Coatings experience an asset but not necessary

I

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- construction estimating: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence - non GDL (preferred)
