This role is for **PME Inc.** (an EllisDon Company)

**You as an Estimating Coordinator will**:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Contact sub trades as necessary to ensure timely submissions- Manage cost coding changes from Estimating to Operations, through B2W software- Coordinate between Estimating and Operations teams upon award of projects- Coordinate Insurance & Bonding requests and manage Insurance throughout the duration of the contract- Map all estimates and projects
- Prepare all documents including letters, reports, memos and lists, including confidential documents, preparing spreadsheets and presentations, create project profiles and sub trade lists using applicable Estimating Software
- Review tender documents and lump sum bid lists to ensure they are complete with all necessary attachments and support for closing day activities

**Is this the right role for you?**- You have two to five years of administrative experience- Advanced computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point- B2W experience an asset- Strong Written & Verbal English- You handle pressure in a sometimes fast paced working environment- You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
