**With a focus on safety, efficiency and leaving a lasting service impression, the Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for providing professional shuttle services to our valued customers between Nanaimo and Tofino, BC.**

**WORK HOURS**: Shifts will vary based on operational needs. Shifts will include working weekends.

**LOCATION**: Nanaimo Harbour, Unit 1A - 90 Front Street, Nanaimo, V9R 5H7

**TERM**: Casual/ On-call

**DEPARTMENT**: Ground Operations

**Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Provide safe and efficient shuttle service for Harbour Air Group customers
- Provide information and respond to general customer inquiries
- Assist customers on and off the shuttle bus and assist with baggage as required
- Communicate effectively with customer service agents to report any problems or delays
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and report any maintenance needed
- Perform scheduled maintenance checks and keep mileage logs
- Other general duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Assets**
- Safety First - Committed to safety personally and as a team
- Current Unrestricted - Class 4 Driver’s License required with Drivers Abstract upon Interview
- Valid Chauffeur’s Permit from Nanaimo RCMP detachment an asset
- Experience operating 15 passenger bus an asset
- Superior customer service skills - willing to take service to a higher level
- Proven ability to be an effective member of a team
- Ability to lift heavy baggage (50 lbs.) and perform other active tasks
- Ability to work flexible schedules including: evenings, weekends, and holidays. May include overnight stays in Tofino.
