We specialize in assisting students through the admissions process for various diploma and certificate programs while helping them explore funding options, including government student loans. Our mission is to guide students toward achieving their educational and career goals with reliable support and expert consultation.

**Job Overview**

**Salary**:
$1,500 - $2,500/month base salary
$300 - $600 commission per successful student enrollment
Bi-weekly base salary & monthly commission payments

**Job Type**:
Part-time (with potential for Full-time based on performance)
Flexible hours (self-paced work schedule)

**Schedule**:
Flexible working hours (including evenings and weekends if needed)

**Duties**
- Promote ERCS services through networking, community outreach, and social media engagement.
- Provide prospective students with information on available programs and funding options.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Represent ERCS with professionalism and ensure all student inquiries are directed through ERCS channels.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and recruitment activities.

- Strong **communication & networking** skills
- Ability to **build trust & relationships**:

- Comfortable speaking with **diverse audiences** (friends, family, community, and online leads)
- Knowledge of **social media marketing & outreach**:

- **Self-motivated** and goal-oriented

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience in **student recruitment, sales, marketing, or customer service**:

- Familiarity with **Canadian student loan programs (Alberta & Canada government loans)**:

- Event planning or participation in community engagement activities
