**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with students in Alberta who are interested in pursuing college programs.
- Organize and participate in outreach events such as school fairs, community events, and online sessions to promote ERCS services.
- Build relationships with schools, community groups, and student organizations.
- Track and report recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the ERCS team to develop innovative strategies for outreach and recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Alberta’s educational landscape is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- A passion for helping students succeed in their academic journey.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,500.00-$5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB
