**DESCRIPTION**:
We are currently seeking a **Part-Time Front Desk Concierge** to join our team for the ongoing golf season. This position is ideal for a mature individual with a friendly, approachable demeanor who excels at handling a variety of situations calmly and professionally. The concierge coverage is required for various shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 8pm.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Keeping the front lobby clean and welcoming at all times
- Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate area or waiting lounge
- Providing guests with accurate and up-to-date information (e.g., hours of operation, lago menu items, club closing dates, etc.)
- Staying informed about daily bookings, events, and activities
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls to the correct department or individual
- Taking and delivering messages as needed
- Communicating event details (event name, location, type) to inquiring guests
- Managing courier package deliveries and notifying staff accordingly
- Taking Lago restaurant reservations and supporting restaurant staff as needed
- Completing various administrative tasks as assigned by the Admin team

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of administrative tasks and office equipment (printer, fax, copier)
- Previous customer service experience
- Telephone etiquette and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

**ADDITIONAL ASSETS**:

- Post-secondary education in office administration
- Mature, personable, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to stay current with applicable technical skills and procedures
- Availability until early November, with occasional fall and winter shifts
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon/evening, and Saturday shifts as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20 per hour
