**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services to clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling and customer service will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques to meet client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the salon environment.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services to enhance the client experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques and styles.
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling products and services.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience with front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and client management.
