Maple, Canada Eagles Nest Golf Club Full time

**DESCRIPTION**:
Part-time Front Desk Concierge is needed until the end of the golf season (typically the end of October/early November). This role is well-suited for a person with a friendly and outgoing personality who can handle various situations in a calm and professional manner.

**Front Desk Functions include**:

- Answering and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate person/department
- Taking and delivering messages as required
- Greeting and directing all visitors to waiting area or other areas of the building
- Ensuring that the front lobby is kept tidy
- Being aware of daily bookings and events
- Ensuring that event information, including name of the party, location, and type of event, is available to be passed on to guests with inquiries
- Receiving and sending out courier packages and informing appropriate employee of received packages
- Taking restaurant reservations, ensuring the appropriate information is provided including; Name, Date, Time, # of guests, contact number and type of event
- Providing guests with accurate information when dealing with their queries. (Hours of operation, lago menu items, club closing dates, etc.)
- Aiding lago restaurant staff as required
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Admin staff such as filing or updating electronic files

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of administration and office machinery (printer, fax, copier)
- Customer service experience
- Telephone experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

**ADDITIONAL ASSETS**:

- Post secondary office administration experience
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Excellent organizational ability
- Sensitivity with confidential information
- Must maintain currency of technical knowledge
- Must be available to work until the end of October/early November

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
