**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Use a computer and the Internet.
- Take messages and forward them to the appropriate person.
- Answer questions about company's services or products.
- Make appointments for company's services or products.
- Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate employee.
- Arrange for travel arrangements.
- Call/booking leads
- Instagram/Facebook posting
- Sales
- Prepare room for next client
- Help clean equipment
- Tidy office
- Open/close office
- Inventory restock

Must have:

- English and Russian speaking
- 3+ years of experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$19.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thornhill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Russian (required)
- English (required)
