Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist - RMT Clinic (Yonge & Hwy 407)

We are a busy RMT clinic located at Yonge & Hwy 407 looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Fluent English
- Process insurance E-Claims (training provided if no prior experience).
- Manage booking system for client appointments.
- Assist and support all practitioners as needed, with flexibility.
- Answer and return phone calls, provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
- Build and maintain client relationships and assist all practitioners as needed.
- Assist with towel washing and drying (this is mandatory).
- Complete daily end-of-day payroll.

**Requirements**:

- Must be punctual and able to arrive by 9:50 AM each workday.
- Work hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Experience with insurance E-Claims preferred (one unpaid training day provided if needed).
- Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

- $15/hour + $3 commission per hour
