**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by actively listening and responding to customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- If applicable, assist with sales inquiries and promote additional products or services to customers.

**Requirements**:

- previous experience in customer service, call management, and data entry is MUST
- Familiarity with immigration processes is an asset.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively in English and Punjabi if required.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism during all interactions.
- Experience in Typing and data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred; sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate business demands.

Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
