Calling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Calling Agent Executive at our dynamic Tech Hub Company. As a Calling Agent Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, promoting our products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct cold calling initiatives to generate leads and prospects for our products and services.
Engage in outbound calls to existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Handle incoming customer calls, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information.
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for business development and growth.
Update customer information, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the customer database.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
Meet or exceed set targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Continuously improve sales techniques and customer engagement by seeking feedback and participating in training programs.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a calling agent, sales representative, or similar role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Proven track record in cold calling, customer calling, and business development is highly desired.
Ability to effectively manage time, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales conversions and achieve targets.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields are a plus.
**Salary**: The salary range for this position is $16.75 to $19.50 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth within our Tech Hub Company.
