The Opportunity
As a Call Center Sales Manager at Nationwide Sales, you will lead and manage a team of Sales Agents responsible for reaching residential customers in Eastern Canada and promoting TELUS services, one of Canada’s top telecommunications providers. This role offers significant potential for growth, performance-driven rewards, and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Agents, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous development of your team.
- Provide consistent performance reports to senior leadership on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Ensure your team understands and adheres to client guidelines and expectations.
- Assist your team in overcoming objections and closing sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Drive consultative sales, offering tailored solutions to meet customers' long-term needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and colleagues to foster a strong team environment.
- Stay informed on TELUS products and services to present strategic solutions and drive value for customers.

**Requirements**:
- Full-time availability, in-office (no remote/hybrid options).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center Sales Manager role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Pay: $42,369.00-$123,369.00 per year
