Sales Executive

Surrey, Canada V-CAN Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Close new deals at a high rate
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
- Taking clients to showings and doing open houses.
- working on real-estate data base to identify potential leads.
- Preparing agreements and contracts

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelors and 2 years of work experience.
- Preference will be given to people with immigration and Realestate experience
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
- Must have valid driver license

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
