**Job Summary**:
As a Finance and Administrative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the

financial future of our business. You will be responsible for financial planning,

budgeting, risk management, and overall financial decision-making. In addition to

overseeing our administrative operations, you will be a critical communicator of financial updates and recommendations to our Owner/CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and lead the entire Finance and Administration department.
- Develop comprehensive financial strategies and goals for the business's growth.
- Effectively manage financial risks and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Provide critical financial analysis and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Lead day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manages the gym's cash flow, monitoring cash inflows and outflows, optimizing working capital, and managing liquidity.
- Offer valuable financial insights and recommendations to drive profitability.
- Ensures the gym's compliance with tax regulations. Oversee tax planning strategies and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
- Supervise general administrative functions within the department.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Act as a liaison with HR for employee record maintenance.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to safeguard the organization.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters, fostering culture of accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic financial
- decision-making, ideally in the fitness or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional leadership and management capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to accuracy.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
